Founder

HCF was founded by Guy de Fontgalland, an Australian citizen, on behalf of several senior development professional associates, across several countries, with personal commitment to the cause of human capital development.

de Fontgalland is a Harvard-educated investments and development strategist, with over 40 years of international work experience across Europe, Africa, South and Southeast Asia, South Pacific, Eastern Europe, and Central Asia. He worked in senior executive capacities with Westpac banking group in Australia, with the World Bank/IFC in the South Pacific, with the United Nations Development Program in Bangladesh and Afghanistan and consulted to the offices of several government ministries in various countries.

Operations Team

The Operations Team consists of highly qualified and committed professionals, associated with the Founder, from Europe, Africa, Eastern Europe, Central Asia, South and Southeast Asia, South Pacific and the United States of America. These professionals constitute the anchor and global network of HCF. Many professionals associated with HCF Operations are from the Harvard Alumni community who are members of the various Harvard Clubs in several countries.

Jianming Chen is Senior Advisor, Skills Development. Australian citizen, Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Australian National Institute of Business and Technology, with over 30 years in education and training across in Australia, South and East Asia. Served with Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology as senior management staff. In-depth and extensive experience in vocational training and skills development across many nations and cultures.

Nino Ositashvili, a Georgian citizen with an MBA from Deakin University in Melbourne Australia, coordinates HCF Operations. Nino was Georgia’s Representative for Child Fund Deutschland, and later as Georgia and Eastern Europe Representative for the Australian National Institute of Business and Technology. She has also worked on several grassroots development projects in Georgia.

Nino Gventsadze is Projects Lead, responsible for the coordination and implementation of various HCF projects. Nino has an MBA from the Georgian Institute of Public Administration (GIPA) and has over six years of experience navigating complex projects in both private and non-profit sectors. Her professional journey across education, construction, and management consulting to drive strategic growth of businesses and their critical component of human capital development, is an important asset she brings to HCF.
